01.12.2011 The calculation of NFEA fixings on 30 December 2011 On 30 November 2011 the NFEA Board took the following decision regarding the calculation of NFEA fixings on 30 December 2011: ∙ During the public holidays in Russia, from 1 till 10 January, no NFEA fixings will be calculated and no quotes will be entered by the contributors into the electronic system. ∙ No RUONIA reference rate will be calculated on the last business day of the year. For RUONIA-based financial instruments, we propose treating the last business day of the year as a public holiday (non-business day). ∙ On the last business day the NFEA MOSPRIME RATE, ROISFIX and NFEA FX SWAP will be calculated as usual, apart from overnight rates.  For overnight rates of these NFEA fixings, we propose treating the last business day of the year as a public holiday (non-business day).
