SRO NFA’s Expert Council on Financial Benchmarks and Rates decided to accelerate the rejection of the MosPrime Rate benchmark and transfer to the Ruonia benchmark. The termination of the calculation and publication of the MosPrime Rate will take place on 01.01.2023.
SRO NFA will request the Bank of Russia to prepare recommendations for market participants on the accelerated rejection of the MosPrime Rate and transition to the Ruonia.
The transition parameters will be determined by the SRO NFA’s Expert Council on Benchmarks and Rates and presented to market participants in the near future.
